Ferrari F430 - Paint Correction Detail
When we received this Ferrari F430 into our detailing studio, it was found that it required an extensive decontamination and paint correction, which was duly carried out
This Ferrari F430 needed a little lift, the paint work had swirls which was the result of some bad washing, so that was taken care of.
The interior also needed a lift so time was spent on the leather bringing it back to life.
Work That was carried out
However before we could start work on bring paint work of this Ferrari F430 back to its former pristine best, we had to carry out our standard pre detailing inspection and preparation.
Which includes the following, before we could start on the paint correction process.
Hand washing, Drying, In depth decontamination,
Paint depth readings, Pad and polish choice,
Post polishing inspection.
When the above was completed, we were then able to start the process of restoring and rejuvenating the paintwork of a vehicle as part of a “Paint Correction” process.
This process is mostly through the elimination of surface imperfections, that dull, oxidize, or haze the surface by reflecting light off in various directions, therefore detracting from a true and proper, clean, sharp, reflection.
These imperfections include things like swirl marks & fine scratches, bird dropping etching & acid rain etching, hologramming & buffer trails, and random isolated deep scratches (or RIDS).
This process not only corrects the blemishes in the paint such as swirl marks, cob webbing and hollograming.
It also burnishes the paint finish to a very high gloss which will set your car apart from others.
